Soy Ana de WE-cycle Movimiento en Bici, el servicio de bicicletas gratis que se ofrece de El Jebel a Aspen. En que le puedo servir?” (Hello, I am Ana with WE-cycle’s Movimiento en Bici program, the free bikeshare service offered from El Jebel to Aspen. How can I help you?)

Give our customer support line a call and we’ll help you in both English and Spanish. Our native Spanish-speaking ambassadors help riders sign up, organize events, teach learn to ride classes, offer one-on-one sign up tutorials, and inspire the community to give bikeshare a spin. Founded in 2016, our Movimiento en Bici program is designed to engage the Valley’s Spanish speaking population and Ana Tapia is leading the effort with gusto and dedication.

This year, you may have seen our Bici team handing out granola bars and information at RFTA stops, pouring agua de jamaica and horchata at various local businesses, or giving cycling tours around town. We may have had to limit our community contact last year, but this summer we have been out and about engaging new riders throughout the valley.

“It’s so important for the Anglo and Latino/Latina communities to have equal access to programs like WE-cycle. With WE-cycle, we get to share the experience of riding bikes and the health benefits of pedal-powered transportation. It helps close the divide and create one whole community.”
— Ana Tapia

We are so fortunate to have Ana working with WE-cycle for her second year. Her gregarious personality is contagious, and we thank her for all of her efforts to help make bikeshare equitable in this valley.
